PBC (Product Builders Camp) holds 20 internship places each cohort. They're earned by the 20 top-ranked performers across all six modules — you compete for a place by how well you build. Three to four months on modern real-world projects, with a real team.
You earn a place by finishing among the top 20 performers in your cohort, ranked across all six modules — Levels 1 through 5 plus this internship module. No interview gauntlet, no scrambling for a referral: the 20 places go to the best builders.
You don't have to take the internship — some participants step straight into full-time work or freelance. If you earn a place and want it, it's yours.
Average three to four months. Long enough to ship real work, short enough that it does not become a holding pattern. You move through stages with concrete outputs each time.
You work on modern projects that ship — not tutorial-grade exercises. The point is to give you the experience of building, reviewing, and deploying production code with a team.
You arrive having solved 50+ LeetCode problems and built full-stack apps. You leave having mentored someone, been mentored by someone, and understood what it means to be a teammate, not just a solo coder.
You combine the engineering depth from Level 5 with the on-the-job experience to step into operations, platform, or senior full-stack roles.

You keep everything you built — the projects, the portfolio, the skills, and the LeetCode milestones — and you can use them to land freelance or full-time work directly. The internship is the reward for the cohort's best; missing it does not cost you the education you paid for.

To be straight with you: this is not a referral service that finds you a job at an outside company. It is production work on real software, with real code review, real deadlines, and mentorship from the people who trained you.
