Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information Product Builders Camp (“Product Builders Camp”, “PBC”, “we”) collects when you use productbuilderscamp.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. Effective date: July 21, 2026.
Information we collect
- Application details. When you apply, you submit your name, email, and background through our application form. The form is currently hosted on Google Forms, so Google processes that submission on our behalf.
- Contact details you give us. If you join the waiting list or email us, we keep your email address and the messages you send so we can reply and tell you when a cohort opens.
- Usage analytics. We use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics that count page views in aggregate. It does not set cookies, does not track you across other websites, and does not store data that identifies you personally.
- Server logs. Our host (Cloudflare) records standard request information such as IP address and browser type for security and to keep the site running.
Payments
We do not collect or store payment card details on this website. Tuition is arranged with you directly, and any payment is made through the methods we agree at registration. This site does not run a card checkout.
How we use your information
- To review your application and decide on admission.
- To communicate with you about cohorts, registration, and the program.
- To run the program and support you while you are enrolled.
- To understand which pages are useful and improve the site.
- To keep the site secure and meet our legal obligations.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the service providers that help us run PBC:
- Google — hosts the application form.
- Cloudflare — hosts and serves the website.
- Plausible — aggregate, cookieless usage counts, when analytics is enabled.
We do not sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep application and contact details for as long as needed to run admissions and the program, and afterward only as required for our records or by law. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to stop emailing you. If you are in a region with data-protection laws such as the EU/EEA, you have those rights under that law. To make a request, email hello@productbuilderscamp.com.
International visitors
PBC serves applicants around the world, and our service providers may process your information outside your country. We take reasonable steps to protect it wherever it is handled.
Children
The program is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under the age required by local law without a parent or guardian’s consent.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the program grows. When we do, we will change the effective date above.
