Terms of Service
These terms apply when you apply to or enroll in Product Builders Camp (“PBC”), operated by Product Builders Camp. By applying, you agree to them. Effective date: July 21, 2026.
The program
PBC is a project-based, cohort program with three tiers — Foundations, the Full Program, and the selective Launchpad track. Cohorts run on a published schedule. Curriculum, tools, and timelines may be improved between cohorts.
Applying and admission
Applying does not guarantee a place. We review each application and confirm admission by email. You are enrolled only once we confirm your place and you complete registration.
Tuition and payment
- Tuition for each tier is shown at registration. You can pay in full or in installments.
- Payment is arranged directly with us through the methods we agree at registration. This site does not run a card checkout.
- A deposit may be required to hold your place; the amount is confirmed at registration.
- Where installments are offered, the schedule is set out in your registration agreement.
Refunds
Refund terms are set out in the registration agreement you receive when you enroll. Please read that agreement before you pay.
The internship
The internship is earned, not guaranteed to every participant. Each cohort has 20 internship places, awarded to that cohort’s top-ranked performers across all modules. Placement may be on our own projects or with a partner team. It is not a job offer or a referral service, and completing it does not guarantee future employment. Any compensation is confirmed at placement.
The Launchpad track
Launchpad is selective and separate. Where it involves equity or ownership in a product you build, the specific terms are set out in a separate agreement you sign before that track begins.
Your conduct
You agree to take part honestly and respectfully, to do your own work, and to follow reasonable program rules. We may remove a participant for serious or repeated breaches.
Intellectual property
Course materials belong to Product Builders Camp and are for your own learning — not for resale or redistribution. Projects you build during the program remain yours, except where a separate agreement (such as Launchpad) says otherwise.
No guarantee of employment
PBC teaches skills and offers a competitive internship, but we do not promise a job, a salary, or any particular career outcome. Your results depend on your work.
Liability
PBC is provided in good faith. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Product Builders Camp is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the program or this website.
Changes
We may update these terms; the effective date above shows the current version.
